Association Rules
The following documents contain all rules, terms and conditions for ordinary members, committee and subcommittee members:
Buying Emergency Non-Potable Water
For the purpose of buying emergency water from SIRA, the following terms and conditions apply. To be able to order water, you must:
- be a financial member of SIRA,
- have completed the Agreement for Sale of Non-potable Water online (automated through the online booking process) or the paper agreement. The paper agreement needs also to be signed by your Water Monitor.
- have no outstanding balance from previous water purchases.
Privacy
By default the following information in this system will be shared as follows (underlined are required fields):
- With SIRA Committee members: All information in the Membership, Emergency Non-Potable Water, Survey Questions and Vehicles and TUG membership sections.
- With other SIRA members if you have a SIRA role**: Name, email address*, phone, mobile phone, your roles within SIRA.
- With other SIRA members if you have no SIRA role: No information will be shared without your permission.
- With persons outside the SIRA association: No information will be shared without your permission.
