Please ensure that your SIRA Membership is paid-up and therefore active.

1. Ensure you are aware of the SIRA policies and procedures that may effect you as a committee member
   
2. Download the Nomination Form
   
3. Fill out the form, sign it and have it signed by your proposer and seconder
   
4. Scan the form (tip: make a photo with your phone if you don't have a scanner)
   
5. Click this link, log in, fill out the form below.
   
6. Click 'Send'
   
7. Your nomination will appear in the nominee section of our website.
