IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE NEW PRESSURE-ASSIST WATER SYSTEM (PAS)

The Pressure Assist System (PAS) is operating on all water lines, 1, 2 & 3 between the hours of 7.00am-10:00pm Weekdays and 8:00am and 10:00pm Weekends.

This now ensures an average delivery of 5,000 litres per hour to your standpipe.

A 4 hour booking now delivers approx.; 20,000 litres.

You might need to finish your booking early to avoid overflows.

Please remember:

If you finish taking water early you must Finish your water booking in the online booking app to close the water supply at Bell.

You must also close the valve at your Standpipe and disconnect your connection hose.

This will avoid you being charged for any additional water lost between the time you stopped early and when your booking was scheduled to finish.
